About The Job
‍

As a Strategy & Operations Associate at PostCo, you’ll contribute to the future of our product by surfacing customer feedback and insights, contributing to our product roadmap, and engaging in discussions with retailers globally, focusing on those based in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
‍

• Own our recurring revenue metrics, preparing accurate numbers that drive awareness of what’s happening with the business and facilitate projects aimed at increasing retention
• Partner with functional teams on upselling projects
• Support retailers in end-to-end engagement, including onboarding, account setup, debugging issues and introducing new features
• Partner with our engineering team to report, document and reproduce bugs
• Surface trends and insights from customer feedback to the product team to inform top product feature choices
• Lead strategic projects to improve product experience and internal projects that drives efficiency and productivity

Job Requirements
‍

• 1 - 2 years of startup, partnership, consulting, or investment banking experience
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment
• Fast learners who can learn and grow at an accelerated rate and can take on rapidly increasing responsibility
• You have the ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas
