About Us

Launched in 2017, PostCo provides a convenient way to send, collect and return online purchases at nearby retail stores instead of the post office. We are currently running the largest parcel network in Southeast Asia.

Today, PostCo connects customers to over more than 1000+retail stores across Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. We are integrated with the biggest online stores with brands like adidas, Lazada, FashionValet and many more.

PostCo is an early-stage startup with presence across Southeast Asia and recently closed a seed funding of SGD850,000 from notable investors such as Quest Ventures, Ready Ventures, and other prominent angels including the Finance Director of Microsoft SEA and Partner at Moore Stephens International etc.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Operations Managers are the people responsible for the strategic development and growth of our network stores -you will have to define the strategy to manage over 1000+ of our retail locations to improve PostCo’s service quality and constantly launch experiments to scale our retailnetwork across Southeast Asia.You are a critical piece of PostCo’s growth and success in every market and country in which we operate.

You must have an aptitude for blending analytics and creativity to scope and solve complex logistical problems, the operational prowess to get stuff done, and the self-starter compass to start moving on to the next problem right away.

Youwill be responsible for improving the way we interact, retain and build relationships with our partners onthe supply-side of PostCo. You will be directly responsible for the growth and success of our retail network in numerous markets. Each cityand merchant will pose its own set of unique challenges and you are held accountable for identifying strategies to win and for leading it grow PostCo to be the largest postal network in Southeast Asia.

  • Build and roll out best practices for our in-store operations across all our markets
  • Build models to evaluate the impact of merchant operations initiatives to improve service levels and merchant engagement/retention
  • Constantly running tests with our 1000+ retail partners to optimizing processes to find to engage new strategic initiatives and harness opportunities with them
  • Dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail and build tools that allow our cross regional teams to scale their work 10x
  • Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of various programs and experimentsto drive growth of our stores across the region
  • Requirements

  • Qualifications

  • You have 2-3 years experience in a startup, management consulting, finance, private equity, technology and/or a related field
