Launched in 2017, PostCo provides a convenient way to send, collect and return online purchases at nearby retail stores instead of the post office. We are currently running the largest parcel network in Southeast Asia.

Today, PostCo connects customers to over more than 1000+retail stores across Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. We are integrated with the biggest online stores with brands like adidas, Lazada, FashionValetand many more.

PostCo is an early-stage startup with presence across Southeast Asia and recently closed a seed funding of SGD850,000 from notable investors such as Quest Ventures, Ready Ventures, and other prominent angels including the Finance Director of Microsoft SEA and Partner at Moore Stephens International etc.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to devise and execute the overall business strategy for operationalising and growing PostCo across Southeast Asia!

In this role you’ll createand execute innovative, integrated campaigns that accelerate customer and partner acquisition, activation and loyalty. You’ll be handling all partnership across our retail store partners, online stores and logistics partnership.

You will be the leader of our launch team, as the people directly responsible for the development and growth of our different international markets. You must have a natural aptitude for blending creativity and analytics to devise innovative solutions to complex logistical problems, thecapacity to lead and influence teams, and the operational prowess to get stuff done.

About the role

Consistently innovate and execute on unique strategies to acquire and partner the biggest retail stores network, online stores and logistic companies.

  • Create and execute the strategy that introducesmillions of consumers to the convenience of sending, returning and collecting parcels from their nearby convenient store
  • You will target, identify, and approach the best online stores, local retail chain to integrate with PostCo as well as negotiating larger enterprisesales deals
  • You will handle everything from identifying geographic expansion opportunities and defining partner strategy to acquiring new customers and leading weekly projects to grow the business.
  • Find the best channels for recruiting thousandsof retail stores
  • Execute integrated marketing programs from strategy and concept through to production and delivery
  • Work closely with our local teams across different countries to run experiments, surface insights and develop strategy to grow their markets
  • Hire, coach and mentor a team; while rolling-up your sleeves to contribute wherever necessary
