As of August 1, 2021, we will no longer be supporting the purchase of Parcel Collection credits to collect parcels from our network of PostCo locations. But don’t you worry, you can still always opt in to collect your purchase at your favourite PostCo location from any of our integrated partner online stores :)


🗓 What will happen after August 1, 2021?

You will not be able to purchase credits from any of our pricing plans (Pay As You Go, Popular and Shopaholic). However, it’s still not too late! You can still purchase as many credits as you like before August 1, 2021 and continue using our Parcel Collection service all the way till December 31, 2021.


💳 I still have credits left in my account. Will I still be able to use them?

Oh yes, of course! You have until December 31, 2021 to make use of your existing credits.


🏪 Will this affect my existing bookings?

Nope, your parcels will still be processed as usual. All PostCo locations will continue accepting your parcels and keep them in good hands before you collect them :)
