Checkout your Online Purchase

Copy and paste your PostCo location address at your checkout page and add 'PostCo' at the end of your name.

Who is Parcel Collection for?

PostCo's Parcel Collection is meant for individuals who are not available to collect their parcel at the exact moment of delivery. Whether you are usually out working, don't have a mailing address, or simply can't be present at the time of delivery, you can use PostCo's Parcel Collection to collect your online purchases at any of our partner retail stores!

Which online stores can I order from?

You can order from any online stores, even Facebook and Instagram sellers! As long as your parcel is properly packaged and labelled, and you adhere to the checkout instructions, your parcel will be accepted by our retail partners. Please note that plastic bag wrapping or simply writing down your name on parcels will not be accepted!

How long is my Collection booking valid for?

Each Collection booking is valid for 30 days. Any unused booking will be cancelled after 30 days and the collection booking will be refunded as a credit token in your PostCo account.

How long can I store my parcels in PostCo locations?

Kindly collect your parcel within 14 days after arrival. Failure to do so will result in the parcel being redirected to our warehouse.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive at a PostCo location?

Since PostCo is not responsible for the delivery of parcels from your online store, you will need to check with your seller on whether your item has been dispatched. If you are provided with a tracking number, you can also track your parcel directly with the courier.

Once your parcel arrives at the PostCo location, you will receive a SMS / email notification if you have made a booking.
